Last Thursday was the dedication for the new sculpture at the intersection of Hollywood and Chelsea.  My friend Emily Balton and I have recently been chosen as interns for the Urban Art Commission, so we were there to show support.  And to paint faces, but that kind of fell through.  But they had sno cones which was awesome.  It was a really fun time.  Hot dogs, sno cones, the Rhodes jazz band, and a great sculpture.

Sno cones?  Did someone say sno cones!?

Good turn out.  Especially since it was 9,000 degrees.  Literally.

Rhodes jazz band.  They were pretty jazzy, I must say.

So awesome.
